Michael Malcom

Senior Pastor

Pastor Mike grew up in Calvary Chapels (CC). When he was 13, he was baptized on a summer retreat at Catalina Island with CC Pasadena. During his teens he attended CC Golden Springs. Nevertheless, Mike would wander from the faith in high school to early college years. It was in his early college years where he would experience a pivotal moment in his life with the Lord that would call him back to faith. This call back to faith was a personal relationship with the Lord, and a life-long dedicated commitment. A few years later, Mike would get his call to become a pastor while on a missions trip to Indonesia.

In order to be adequately prepared for the call, Mike went to Moody Bible Institute, in Chicago, earning a Bachelors in Biblical Studies. He stayed at Moody Theological Seminary for a Masters in Biblical and Theological Studies. Mike then moved to receive his “MDiV,” Masters of Divinity, in Biblical Languages with Liberty University (LU) in preparation for a PhD in Theology and Apologetics (with LU). This PhD is his current pursuit, due to graduate ~27’, under renowned apologist Gary Habermas.
